Nope. Most of what we place people into is inbound or booked-appointment work — the lead has already watched a video, filled a form, or booked a slot. You're guiding a warm conversation, not interrupting someone's dinner to talk about their boiler.

No. A large chunk of the people we've trained came from hospitality, trades, retail, barbering, teaching, the military — Santino himself was cutting hair. What actually predicts success is coachability, consistency, and the ability to shut up and listen. We assess fit on the call.

Realistically, most committed people are interview-ready in weeks, not months, and we work towards a placement inside roughly 60 days. That said, we're not going to insult you with a number — some move faster, some slower, and some decide it's not for them. Effort and market conditions do the heavy lifting.

We don't guarantee outcomes because we can't control your effort — but we do back our program with a real guarantee. Complete the training, apply to at least 20 roles from our job board by day 60, and if you still haven't been successfully hired, we'll give you a full refund or keep working with you for free until you land a role.
